Hi. My name is André. I’m a dad. A college professor. And a runner. A storyteller. A nobody trying to make sense of things.

Exploits of a Nobody is the stuff I don’t say out loud. Pulled straight from my journals and long run reflections. The thoughts that hide underneath the shame, obsession, and control… the kind that make me question what’s actually going on in my own head. The ones that get ignored, pushed down, buried in pages of journals hidden away.

I don’t clean it up. I don’t turn it into something polished. There’s no lesson waiting at the end of it. I’m not here to explain why. I’m still in it. Still trying to figure this shit out as I go.
